LLC "Transneftienergo" has successfully passed the inspection audit of the quality management system (QMS) for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015.
According to audit results, the representative of the certifying authority – company DQS – confirmed the compliance of the current the "Transneftemash" QMS requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and made the decision on prolongation of validity of the certificate.
The QMS audit was conducted in relation to the field of certification, which includes power supply to consumers through the provision of comprehensive services, including: maintenance of energy metering systems, supervision of energy facilities, technical supervision of the manufacture and overhaul of electric motors and transformers, energy efficiency management, development and certification of measurement methods.
The representative of DQS noted the strengths of the management system of LLC "Transneftienergo". In particular, the creation of a new type of activity "Support of contracts for heat supply" in order to control payments for consumed and delivered heat energy to the consumer, the creation of effective mechanisms for identifying unaccounted consumption on the basis of an automated system for monitoring communication channels and equipment (AS "MKO").
The auditors positively assessed the development of the "Client's Personal Account" service on the company's website to provide consumers with reliable analytical reports.
Also noted the active participation of OOO "Transnational" in the elaboration of draft decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on the accession of the Western power district of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) to the Unified energy system of Russia. This resolution provided LLC "Transneftienergo" with the opportunity to purchase electricity for the facilities of PJSC "Transneft", located in the Western Energy district, on the wholesale market.
The results of the DQS audit confirmed the effectiveness of the processes of LLC "Transneftienergo" – the achievement of established indicators, the sustainable development of processes and their continuous improvement.
