The essence of the changes
An application for technological connection of premises in facilities subject to construction or reconstruction during the complex development of the territory may be submitted by a person with whom an agreement on the complex development of the relevant territory has been concluded. Such an application is submitted to the territorial grid organization for the entire volume of maximum capacity provided for by the integrated scheme of engineering support for the territory of integrated development.
The terms of technological connection of premises in facilities subject to construction or reconstruction in the complex development of the territory are determined taking into account the terms of the contract on the complex development of the territory and may exceed 4 years.
For consumers planning to connect an object with a gradual load set, a phased technological connection is provided.
